And Still More Rain

The Kingston Crew arrived at mid-night last night after a bit of a detour due to a landslip on the A7. I was very happy to see them safely installed.

This morning TM and I headed up to Edinburgh, as we had tickets for a couple of Book Festival events. Later we had a good browse in the book tents. 

This shot is the entrance to one of them - the roof just about surviving the incessant downpour.

We got back to Jed wet to the skin, tired and just in time to read the children their bedtime stories.

Now I hope we're going to have some family time.
