Another openning of another show.

Setting up day at Dalstoon show.   The weather forecast for the weekend was atrocious.  As a result they were towing vehicles on to the field to avoid cutting up the turf before the public arrived the next day.  Having set off early and with an expert tractor driver the caravan was quickly in position.

Swetting up the stand went well and soon everythinbg was in place and looking good.  The weather wasn't proving as bad as expected, as you can see from the shot it was at times quite sunny.   So I took the opportunity of climbing up the bank beside the field to take this shot looking over the northern end of the field.  Of you know what to look for you can just see the top of the mates Dormobile Land Rover over the top of the marquee with the arched windows.
