Worse than yesterday evening, because it's just endless normal rain, but it feels a bit better because I went to the trouble of getting the giant ladder out and cleaning out the back gutter.  The front will have to wait. 

A brief trip out to get a couple of last things for the big event this week.  Cardamom buns helped some. 

I could have bought lettuce, but I really couldn't live with myself, so a brief trip past the plot after Tesco.
