Cowes Sail GP

Cowes Week was supposed to start yesterday, but with the bad weather all sailing was cancelled, so today was the first day of racing. The Sail GP boats were also racing https://sailgp.com/races/cowes/ which was a first for Cowes. I was only down there for 20 minutes but it was quite exciting. The USA boat overbalanced minutes after starting. There were quite a few oooh's and aaahh's from the crowd as we waited to see if the boat would go over or right itself. It did go over. All the crew were safe and accounted for (they all wear safety harnesses) and the safety boat was quickly there to assist. The race was won by Australia.
