Beautiful things
I took something to help me sleep last night, but I still woke up with that pressure above my eyes that I think about as 'brain sadness'. I liken it your logical brain and emotional brain trying to catch up with each other.
I don't feel the need to increase my dose of anti-depressants however.
At least it's cooler and drier so I would have a decent walk. Sometimes that's the best way through.
