Sous

A solo croissant collection this morning, perhaps something to do with the 50mph winds. More stuffing ourselves full of delicious bread and croissants.

Half marathon training doesn’t stop for holidays and so I headed out for 8 miles, despite the winds. Thankfully the trails are delightful and well sheltered so it didn’t hamper the effort too much.

More tennis, more cycling around the campsite, more legging it around (though no pool time today - high winds stopped play).

My turn to cook today but thankfully JB makes the most excellent sous chef. I adore his style: smelling and tasting and commenting along the way.
