The Spillway

We sped off first thing New Year's Day to escape to the Snowy Mountains, planning a loop through Tumut and Adaminaby, and taking in the Yarrangobilly caves. We stopped at Talbingo, which was far more beautiful than we imagined, and more popular. The hydro power station was closed for tours , but the spillway made an excellent, if somewhat pebbly, swimming spot.
