Family

This is the Roots building in Maidstone. Grade II listed it's a lovely  deco building in the centre of Maidstone designed by Howard and Souster before the second world war. 

I was in town to spend time with my sisters who come to Kent each year to make me drink beer and chat; this year we're chatting about a family trip to Munich next year. We drank beer (they didn't but my brother-in-law did) and had a smashing Thai meal. They've got the train back to where they are staying and I'm home. We're off the RTW tomorrow - there will be more beer (because I'm not driving).
