Something New

I had an unexpected day off today as Longshaw was closed due to potential danger from high winds. I decided to have a few hours in town. I finally got round to tracking down an oriental supermarket I’d been planning to seek out for a while. It was a real Aladdin’s Cave and I made several purchases and noted a number of items for future reference. There were several types of dried and fresh mushrooms and I was intrigued by this one which I thought looked a bit like Cauliflower Fungus which is delicious. I googled it when I got home and it seems like it has little taste but great health-giving properties .
