Moon

I am still feeling a bit woolly this morning but the headache has gone and I am almost back to normal.

Looking out of the back of the house, the sky was clear and the moon was very apparent to the West. I have tried to photograph the moon many times, but without success. The problem with photographing the moon is its angular subtense of only half a degree requires a very long focal length lens, for the standard 35mm format. I took this with a 300mm lens, handheld and it was very small in the frame, so what you see is actual pixels, having been heavily cropped.
