Fergus the Red

This is Fergus the Red...Fergus for short. He is five, nearly six years old Here he is taking a nap in the cat bed. He is not very discriminating. But he has left room for a cat or two. (We have three). Fergus loves his daily dog walks with our other dog, Gypsy. He has a great nose and would make a very good hunting dog. I got him from the SPCA the very day my husband took off for a trip to the UK. He was a nice surprise for Keith when he returned. Fergus was very badly treated as a pup before he come to live with us so he had issues +++. But he is now a lovely , loving, if not needy dog. His one fault is that he hates skate boards and little scooters and goes berserk when a kid zooms past our gate on one or the other of these instruments of torture for dogs and older ladies. Good on you Fergus!
