Filling the Frame!

My leg is better but after working today I was beat!   So a quick shot outside, dinner and then icing the leg.      I have been doing Ancestry on all sides of the family.  On my Dad's side - His Mom was from Nova Scotia and found out that the Tomlinson's and Densmores were from Ireland .   And then on both sides there are a few straight from Scotland.   As my Grandfather Lane always told me.....   We are a Heinz 57 variety!    Oh, and don't forget the Welsh thrown in there too!
