It was a miserable morning, but the afternoon was lovely and we managed a walk around the loch.  I also did some exercise on my static bike, probably did too much though as I was a bit sore afterwards.


Gary had his birthday party tonight, although his birthday was actually yesterday...… a lovely buffet, lots of nice chat, and some dancing in Emma's room to a video, which was great. Loved all the different styles of dress and dance!   A lovely family night and great fun, especially the dancing...…..
