We spent most of today either performing or watching others perform.  The summer school offers over 20 different courses.  One can choose a selection from composing, jazz, folk, world music, make and play, brass and sax, woodwind groups, string groups, singing, percussion and a full symphony orchestra.  Today, many of the groups had a 15 to 20 minute slot to perform several pieces to the rest of the students.  

It seems odd that, despite sitting in the audience for much of the day, I have still managed 6000 steps according to the step counter on my mobile.  And almost every step over the last 6 days has been either up or down!

There's a Ceilidh this evening, but my knees were not up for any more activity.  Instead, I'm resting on the bed and looking at blips.
