New carpet needed

Collected Kilda and went straight out for a run tonight. J got back just as I was leaving. Left ankle is still very sore but some Rock tape seemed to help. Can’t wait to see the mistress of pain on Wednesday to see if she can fix it. Got the beer bottles ready for bottling tomorrow and took Kilda for a walk before catching up on some photos and blips. Looked at the carpet where the painter spilled radiator paint on Wednesday and you can defiantly see where it has been spilt and cleaned up. He didn’t call back to arrange another visit today so it looks like a difficult conversation will have to be had to morrow if he answers the phone.
