On the buses .......

"We've been to the Shrewsbury Flower Show" -  as I was told by the owner of this beautiful  Lacecap Hydrangea as we sat together on the back seat of the P&R bus coming out of Shrewsbury this afternoon.  His wife was on the seat in front and Mr.T was even further ahead – lots of traffic chaos in the town and lots more buses put on to cope with the Flower Show crowds together with their purchases!  We didn’t actually go to the Flower Show but had some jobs to do in Shrewsbury which judging by the amount of people in town and on the buses it would have been best to have left them for another day, and gone to the Flower Show instead.  We did however brave the indoor market which was heaving and had a bite of lunch in the Bird’s Nest Cafe then a quick visit (for me) to the yarn shop!

Home by 4pm then a tedious food shop in two emporia, both heaving with people and probably just as we got into the second shop there was the most tremendous cloudburst which continued fiercely for nearly an hour and my extra (more suitable for yesterday's Abstract challenge as it certainly filled the frame!) shows us waiting in the car for a bit of a lull.
