Buddhist Centre

I try to swim earlier on a Friday morning and get back into town in time for the 12.15 meditation at the Norwich Buddhist Centre. I find them a warm friendly bunch. I met with my pal Jane there and afterwards we had a very good Bento Box lunch at Shiki.

I've written to one of the folks that have taken on Blip promotion and suggested they offer " keeping going " as a photographic subject. I can't be the only one who uses Blip for that.
