A lovely day

After a great breakfast at the Shibden Mill Inn we went to the Bankfield Museum in Halifax they have an exhibition of costumes from Gentleman Jack on at the moment but these exquisite fabrics were from the costume gallery upstairs. Lots of other interest including collections from The Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Well worth a visit.
Then home to meet Steph and the nippers, to open some really gorgeous cards and presents and to have afternoon tea in the garden.
A quiet evening. Just what I needed to wind down.
