Fuchsia

This fuchsia which was a freebie about 15 years ago, because it was dead!, never fails to please. I've noticed though that this year as well as the normal pink and white flowers some rogue pink and purple ones have appeared.
Thursday today, where do the weeks go! We had a lazy morning, although C took his mum down to raid TKMaxx.
I made a quick pot of leek and potato soup and some sausage casserole for tea while they were out. We then met up with some church friends and mum in law went to visit her niece.
This evening Ali popped in and did my nails for me, very smart? She decided having them done with shellac in a salon was too expensive years ago and bought her own kit andhas been doing her own ever since. She did mine as a treat and I'm delighted.
A walk after dinner made sure I got my steps done, day 1 today and 13925 steps.

The 'Feliway friends' arrived today so we'll see how it goes. They are both still alive tonight, so perhaps that's a result!
