We had an offer on our house in Buckingham last week, finally! Last night i got a call from my neighbour who checks on the house (she goes in daily bless her) for us called to say the en-suite toilet decided to leak....her husband stopped the water and they tidied up bless them. They are both well into their 70’s but you wouldn’t think it! We drove down this morning to see the damage ourselves and it’s not as bad as I feared and won’t require insurance to be involved as ultimately the little pipe can be replaced by another neighbour who is a plumber and only the coving downstairs has been affected and that’s pretty much all. We got lucky! Water is off...
