Torrential Rain ...

… falling at the foot of our driveway, at 2 pm this afternoon. It was the first of three big thunderstorms; the last is still going on, at 9:45 pm as I post this. Same thing is forecast for tomorrow. This morning  brought our 2002 Honda Civic for an overdue service to our nearby Honda dealer--it's more than I bargained for, and they are keeping it overnight. Fortunately they have a shuttle, which brought me home well before the rain; it will pick me up tomorrow :)
