One hour of sleep last night. I need a break but all I can think is that B doesn’t get a break.

I am a problem solver, a fixer. And there is so little that I can do. It is beyond frustrating.

And I feel like a failure daily. I know I can only do my best but that is rarely good enough.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
