Miserable moments

So tired and sore I could cry!

Last nights Pilates was hard going - but I think will be good in the long run. No pain no gain I guess!
Today have been quite a bit sorer. The heat cream was radiating from me leaving an aroma (think Deep Heat) wherever I went, and I got a few 'what's that smell' from a few children!!
It did help so I don't care what it smells like!!
