Lowery Sculpture

This cool sculpture is less than two blocks from where we are staying, but it wasn't until this morning that I got photos of it while riding a borrowed bike. It is quite dramatic, especially with the right cloud formation behind, but I'm not certain what it represents. Regardless, it made for some interesting images (which may be the point in itself). I read somewhere that Denver requires a percentage of every development's cost to go into a public art fund that is used for objects just like this.
