First aid

I decided to check out the first aid booklet I have at home which I was given after completing a first aid course.  I ended up with a big blister on my arm after burning myself with some hot soup at the weekend, the assistant in the chemist flinched slightly when I showed her how big it is.  Clearly I need to be more careful in future!
