Bargain buy from the charity shop which I couldn't resist.

Thank you for all your kindness regarding death of my friend.  Her quality of life had deteriorated so much that it was a happy release.

Visit to a clinic today for further investigation on what caused anaemia - being referred for cameras up and down!

Consultant  told me I am very fit for my age as I could climb up onto the couch unaided etc!  Perhaps I just take these things for granted too much.  Luckily all my joints are fine, it's the other bits which are wearing out!
