taken at Applegirth. Then it was off to Houghton Hall garden Centre and then onto Carlisle to see The Hobbit part one. I even found a £1 when parking the car and 2p when crossing the road, must be my lucky day. Or so I though until I entered the cinema and saw the queue, it was out to the door. I'm glad my fears of not getting into see the film were unjustified, after a 10 minute wait we were in and munching on popcorn. The film was quite good, it sets the scene nicely for the next one.
