We have an oversight Committee next week so getting ready for that.

We also had a lengthy discussion on options for “channel shift” amongst our community. In other words how do we encourage greater uptake of the new digital platform when it comes on line next year. There will be all sorts of benefits: with many more to come in.future years. But for some this will be a change so how do we support and manage the transition?

Another meeting was looking at social media. We got tied up in discussions about the.impact of social media - it’s immediacy and impact - before moving on to the potential opportunities and the different platforms that can be used. There was even a discussion over why cats were less represented than dogs in some posts.
