Christmas gift

My lovely friends Olly and Matt gave me a DIY gift this year - a kilner jar containing the dry ingredients of Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Bread. Tip the contents into a bowl, add an egg, buttermilk and some melted butter. Quick mix, stick it in the oven.
