Technological tragedy

I am making a valiant attempt to maintain my perspective today after learning late last evening that a near decade of online data-entry accumulation of mine, AND its backup is now unintentionally deleted... forevermore. Crying a river unfortunately will not turn back the hands of time. To adapt & overcome will be the only way forward... painstakingly. Put on a happy face!
