Water

They are close to completing the building of the school across the road.  Today they connected the mains water supply.  We were informed that our supply would be off while the connection was completed.  I slept in and rushed through breakfast and a shower, filled the kettle, basin and large pot with water ready for the privations of the day.
On  returning from the Cooriedog walk it became apparent the mains connection was down pipe from our house.  We were unaffected by any disconnection.  The day continued in a similiar manner.
