NSV ...

......means Non Scale Value ....a WW term which is about noticing all the things which losing weight does for one other than the number. Having lost a significant amount now this photo of me building a set of drawers for mum demonstrates an NSV .......the ability to get down on the floor and be perfectly comfortable!!! I could not have done this without huffing and puffing a year ago :) unfortunately it also shows the very white hair!
