Grasshopper

I like photos of insects where I can focus on the eyes, sadly I didn't manage that today but I still liked this shot because I haven't blipped a Grasshopper before. Once I'd spotted where they were it was like a whole new world seeing them jumping to and fro and trying to hide from the camera.  I saw  Grasshoppers of various sizes and colours and I was captivated with them.

Apart from the excitement of the Grasshoppers it's been a quiet but very pleasant day.
