Bridges

To the Menier theatre to see Bridges of Madison County - a musical version of the book and film. It has had very mixed reviews and, being a beautiful evening, we wondered whether to bother. But we made the effort and really enjoyed the show. Good acting, pleasant music and a brilliant set. Worth seeing.

So the moral is, never take any notice of the critics. The chap at the bottom of the ladder has found that there are some spare tickets and he is about to leave his mate to take his chances.
