Arrgh só green!

We are waiting in anticipation! Were without papayas for about 2 months now! There are hundreds of them in the garden, seven fruit baring trees, each one loaded like this one, but no ripe ones!

Old Manda says it is because of too much rain this year, not enough sun to ripen them? According to my record keeping we had 400mm less rain than last year up to date, so I don't know!

But guys, I don't argue with the wisdom of this old man, he turns 76 tomorrow and knows this country much better than me!

I cropped the picture a bit and replaced it, removed that ugly yellow leaf!!
