Orchestral

West Side Story, at The Usher Hall. Well, kinda. When I booked it, I entirely missed the fact that it wasn’t the actual production, but the music from the show performed by a full orchestra. Fortunately, one of us can read properly and so it wasn’t a surprise when we got there. I had no idea what to expect, but it was really good, with the actors/singers working around the orchestra and even the conductor getting in on the acting.
