I love sundews. Especially these flowering ones - so clever, as they ensure their own pollination by insects visiting the flower, but should they fall off onto a leaf - well, it's good night Vienna.
for the purist it is Drosera whittakeri (scented sundew, Whittaker's sundew), and is native to South Australia and the Belair National Park.
One of these days I'll research Mr. or Ms. Whittaker.
Edit: I just did research Mr. Whittaker and he's worth adding this entry from Wikipedia:
Joseph Whittaker (1813 – 2 March 1894) was a British botanist who visited South Australia in 1839. Whittaker has 300 plants from that trip in Kew Gardens and a large collection of pressed British plants in Derby Museum and Art Gallery.
