using my birding skills

I think this is either a juvenile yellow warbler or an adult that is turning into (as Peterson puts it ) a confusing fall warbler. I am not ready for fall , so I will assume it is a youngster. I can fool myself with the best of them. sometimes I even think I have a waistline. 
And I am still a day behind getting these online.
