Resumption

After a splendid couple of days visiting old friends and family, we have seen off the old year trying to banish all its miseries while retaining its joys. We are turning to welcome the new year. The tidying up is not yet complete and it is followed by a planning new year activities with fresh enthusiasm. Also with fresh optimism that the plans set will be realised for experience suggests life gets in the way.
