Wonderful walk

Feeling much better today .... just a little tired ..... so this afternoon we headed out for a wander!

We went to Westgate Woods ...... it was alive with butterflies & dragonflies! Unfortunately the dragonflies would not land & pose for me today!

The butterflies were a different matter ...... however the Small White was still elusive! I'll get a photo one day!

Bottom: Gatekeeper & Meadow Brown (I think she was hoping for a mate)


Bottom right corner: A mystery! This is something we spotted after we got home & were dead-heading the buddleia ...... it was on the underneath of one of the leaves ...... not sure what it is ..... have put a larger version as an Extra!
