Madame Dahlia & Greetings from the River
I have spent most of the day catching up on the assignments m my P/Shop course .....trying my hand at 'Bricolage'...which took me so far out of my comfort zone that it took a long time to create something finally that I was quite happy with....I will post in extras.
Truth be told I learned quite a lot from the tutorial and execution ....... it took me on a tangent and down other paths in which I created more textures and tried out new things on other things.
I brought this gorgeous cream dahlia back from the brink...by the time I got it home is was so limp I didn't think it was going to make it...a couple of days in a bowl of water it sprang back to life and loveliness .....focus stacked with 8 pics.
It was nice having the day to myself today especially as this week is shaping up to be quite busy.
“All dahlias are beautiful in their own way! I love them because they have the most perfect symmetry and come in a rainbow of color options.”
