Seagull in Weymouth

Our traditional New Year's Day family day out, displaced by a day these days due to a teenage son who usually has a hangover on New Year's Day!

This year we headed down to the coast at Weymouth, then had a pootle around Portland and finished off with dinner in Dorchester.

Why the seagull? To me seagulls epitomise the seaside, and whenever I hear one it brings back fond memories of childhood summers, and trips to Folkestone or Sandbanks.
