YORK RACE

K completed the York 10K Charity Run today . . . in hot conditions whilst R, J, P and myself cheered from the sidelines. R, aged 2, was a bit wary of the three Spidermen who ran, clearly wondering where the Dinosaur came from . . . and spaced out by the three Male Nuns . . . hehe . . . say no more. Money raised for all kinds of charity  . . . K managed over £150 for York Mind. Grand job.
