Bunnings trip this morning resulted in 3 new thyme plants and some parsley which I planted out. I’m halfway through weeding the front garden as it’s been a bit cool for enjoyable outside activities. Today it was lovely outdoors. After my painful knee episode on Friday I researched strapping on YouTube. Wow, there are heaps of ideas out there if you think to look. I’ve tried one method to keep my knee in correct tracking and it’s been better than it has for years. Why didn’t anyone tell me before?

Family dinner at Bryan and Kristy’s. My diet has been put on hold for the day. The 6 cousins here had a noisy but fun time together.
