au revoir la plage

Last day on the beach and in the pool and it was so hot. I was glad of the beach tent today. Uncle Andrew and his girlfriend joined us for the morning and late lunch and we met them later at a different beach for dinner and fireworks. The kids enjoyed their eccentric uncle!

I will miss golden rays of sunshine and perfect blue skies but I suspect my body will thank me for getting as far away as possible from the boulangerie of dreams. On to Troyes!

Gratefuls:

1. A blissful fortnight of family time;
