The spirit of Christmas Past

Cleaning out the refrigerator of the remains of the Christmas cheese board, Cheryl asked what I intended to do with the remaining beer, cider and assorted spirits.

So I now have to decide if if should imbibe:

4 x crabbie's ginger beer (possibly the best I have yet tasted)
3 x kopparberg cranberry and cinnamon cider
2x Rekorderlig strawberry and lime cider
1 x Barts ginger beer

And an old bottle of leffe

Any suggestions or cocktail recipes?
