Cat carrier secured and ready

As I was securing the cat carrier in the back seat of the car with the seatbelt and bungee cords a friend came by. She had a homemade cranberry bread for us to have for breakfast before setting off to meet Merry Mischief, the Abyssinian cat we hope to adopt tomorrow. The sweetest gesture from a very kind, cat loving friend.
