A Flutterby

I had a good swim this morning down at the Quays. The water was lovely, just the right temperature.

I did a bit of shopping with Jude and bought a couple of things for my holiday. I had nipped along to the Trafford Centre last night and treated myself to a couple of bits and bobs so I’m not doing badly for holiday things now. I just need to lose another stone in six weeks....sigh.

Jude and I went to Pat’s this afternoon as we were the only ones of the Coven playing out today. I broke my strict diet and quaffed prosecco and had a Portuguese tart.....back on track tomorrow. The butterflies were flitting around and posing elegantly for me.
