Do not feed the ponies

'Do not feed the ponies' reads the sign.

'Please do!' says this cheeky face.

We didn't of course, but spent some time petting this Shetland pony and admiring his friends and relations in the field by Cramond Bridge. This was a stop-off on our bike ride to South Queensferry this afternoon, which culminated in ice cream cones beside the railway bridge. It's been a beautiful day.

Exercise today: 23 mile cycle ride; walking (9,374 steps on morning errands).
