Day 5 Craig a Barns

I gave the orienteering a miss again today to give the hip a rest and with bad memories of running here in the past. Spent lots of time near the Finish taking photos of friends arriving. Here is son Richard jogging in  having done the very longest 13.5km very hilly course . He had been given been a GPS tracker to wear so you could watch his progress live round the forest on a live stream on your phone and again when we got back to the hotel we have moved to in Dunkeld,when he could talk us through his mistakes. I've added an extract from the live track as an extra. He's the blue squiggle heading for checkpoint 23. The track is interesting because it shows  his exact route
